Shipping Policy

At otakukpop.com, we strive to prepare and ship your handmade fabric flowers, journal embellishments, and plant-dyed materials as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard Shipping: $6.99 (Flat rate for orders under $59 USD).
Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $59.00 USD.

2. Order Processing Time

Since all our products are handmade to order, please allow the following time for preparation:

Processing Time: 3 - 7 business days (hand-folding, stitching, and natural dyeing process).
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time.
Operating Days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

United Kingdom & Europe	8 - 16 Business Days
Canada	8 - 16 Business Days
Australia & New Zealand	8 - 16 Business Days
Rest of the World	10 - 25 Business Days

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

4. Shipping Origin

All orders are carefully handmade and shipped from our studio in Hong Kong. We may also use international fulfillment centers when it helps speed up delivery to your region.

5. Order Tracking

Confirmation: You will receive a "Purchase Confirmation" email immediately after ordering.
Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a "Shipping Update" email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Status Update: Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. Order Cancellations & Changes

Window: You may request cancellation or modification within 6 hours of placing your order.
After 6 Hours: Since we begin handmade production quickly, we cannot cancel or modify orders after the 6-hour window.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

otakukpop.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
