1. Products & Handmade Nature

Q: Are your fabric flowers and materials handmade?
A: Yes! All our fabric roses, embellishments, and plant-dyed fabrics are carefully handmade by hand. Each piece is hand-folded, hand-stitched, and dyed using natural plant-based dyes.

Q: Why do the colors vary slightly between flowers?
A: Because we use natural plant dyes, each batch may have slight color variations. This is normal and part of the unique beauty of handmade plant-dyed items. We do not use industrial chemical dyes.

Q: Are the flowers suitable for junk journaling and scrapbooking?
A: Absolutely! Our fabric flowers and embellishments are perfect for junk journals, scrapbooks, planners, and other paper crafts.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer **FREE Standard Shipping** on all orders over **$59 USD**. For orders under $59, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed and handmade within 3–7 business days. After shipping, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide including the United States, Europe, Australia, Asia, and many other countries.

3. Orders & Customization

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: You may cancel or modify your order within **6 hours** of purchase. After that, we begin handmade production and can no longer cancel orders.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes. We welcome custom color or quantity requests. Please contact us at support@otakukpop.com before placing your order.

4. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 14 days with clear photos and your order number. If the damage is due to shipping, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
